As People Partner, you’ll help shape the employee experience at Qwist across the full People lifecycle.
The role has a strong People Operations foundation: you’ll own core topics such as payroll coordination, HR administration, onboarding and offboarding, employee lifecycle processes and international employment. At the same time, because we’re a small People team, your scope will go well beyond operations. You’ll also contribute to areas such as performance and development, employee engagement, recruiting support, policies and broader People initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who combines a strong hands-on mindset with high attention to detail and the ability to execute in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy taking ownership, bringing structure to moving parts and turning ideas into processes that actually work.
